Someone can help me and see if English text is right?

Abstract

This master's thesis addresses the problem of formation of poorly educated adults and young people and the problem of abandonment and failure in the switching system in a Learning Center for Vocational Training.
The first chapter seeks to examine the training of adults on the basis of the reference authors in science education. In the second, using the same methodology, it explores the field of education for young people.
The third chapter is focused on the learning system in alternation, with the aim of examining the reasons for its creation, legislation and support its development over recent years.
Finally, the last chapter, it addresses the problem of abandoned and failure in the system of learning in a vocational training center. This last chapter is developed based on the applicant's experience as a trainer in the learning system in alternation for several years. The findings have no desire to point solutions to the problem of abandonment and failure in this system of training, but only to contribute to the discussion of this topic, in order to obtain clues that might lead to rethinking educational practices.
